Grandman Ventures ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Order details: your name, organization, phone number, email address and delivery address.
• Payment details: the M-Pesa phone number used and the transaction reference returned by Safaricom. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.
• Enquiries: information you send through the quote and contact forms.
• Technical data: a session cookie needed for your cart and security, and standard server logs.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders and quotes.
• To confirm payments and send invoices or receipts.
• To respond to your messages and improve our services.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers needed to complete your order (for example Safaricom for M-Pesa payments and delivery partners), or where required by law.

Retention & security

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, and protect them with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
